▍Morpholino介绍
Morpholino属于第三代反义寡核苷酸，主要通过阻断蛋白质翻译过程而达到抑制目标基因功能的作用，目前已经广泛用于发育生物学和细胞学实验中，并取得了非常好的实验效果。
Morpholino以吗啉环类似物为基本骨架，这种独特的结构特性使得Morpholino 具有以下几个特点：
